It will help to build your awareness of how we can encourage mental wellbeing and support ourselves and colleagues both in and out of the workplace. You will come away with a clear understanding of the early warning signs that indicate a dip in mental wellbeing and how you can respond effectively.
Our understanding mental health course is suitable for those who would like to understand their own mental health and that of their loved ones and colleagues. You will learn the skills you need to identify and respond effectively to improve your own and others mental health.
