what's this course about?
Stress and anxiety are natural responses, especially during big changes or events. However, when prolonged, they can harm our mental and physical well-being. It's important to have techniques to manage them effectively.
In this session, Anna Brook, a breathwork coach and caba trainer, will guide you in a safe, relaxing space to explore how stress and anxiety impact us. Through self-reflection, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your reactions. We'll also practice techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, helping you regain control while building a personal toolkit of effective strategies.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing as there will be some movement involved in the course.

A Zoom link will be sent two days prior to the event. The session will be interactive with group activties and break out rooms. Please come prepared to participate and join in on activities.
