what's this course about?

Stress and anxiety are natural responses, especially during big changes or events. However, when prolonged, they can harm our mental and physical well-being. It's important to have techniques to manage them effectively.

In this session, Anna Brook, a breathwork coach and caba trainer, will guide you in a safe, relaxing space to explore how stress and anxiety impact us. Through self-reflection, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your reactions. We'll also practice techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, helping you regain control while building a personal toolkit of effective strategies.

what will you get out of it?

  • Learn about stress and anxiety; why you feel it and your unique signs of anxiety
  • Discover what happens in your body and mind
  • Learn tips and techniques to help ease anxious feelings
  • Experience calming and relaxing practices
  • Develop your own personal anxiety relief toolkit

Please note: this course is not a substitute for counselling or therapy - so if you have gone through a particularly challenging/traumatic time then please consider if 121 therapy may be more supportive at this time.
