In this session, we will explore how to cultivate and develop a productive, authentic relationship with your boss, your peer group, and your colleagues. We will cover the importance of learning about your manager’s leadership style and your manager’s, peers’, and colleagues’ communication preferences to be able to influence. We will also look at how you can help your manager, peers, and colleagues understand how to get the best out of you.
