what's this course about?
Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their abilities and accomplishments, or fear of being exposed as a fraud despite evidence of competence and success.
In this panel discussion we will explore how our multifaceted identities, past experiences, challenges and choice of language shape our beliefs, confidence, and mindset. Where does the self-doubt and imposter syndrome come from? How does it affect our relationships, work, career and development opportunities? How can we rewire ourselves to face the imposter and build self-confidence?
The sessions will be led by Meg Burton, joined by guest panelists Laks Mann, Eleni Symeonidou, and Meggy Ly.
