what's this course about?

Are you feeling exhausted and depleted? Or maybe that you’re not achieving enough? Workplace stress can leave you feeling negative and emotionally distant from your job. It’s an issue that often affects the most conscientious of people.

This course will help you recognise when you’re experiencing high levels of stress and give you a toolbox of practical strategies to help you improve your health and wellbeing.

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn and explore how to manage and recover from burnout and a period of stress.

**This course is not a replacement for individual therapeutic support. It’s important that you have the capacity to care for your own wellbeing through the session and undertake some self-reflection. This may not be appropriate for anyone experiencing a significant period of anxiety or depression. **
