your role at caba

To support the delivery of caba’s stakeholder engagement strategy by maximising awareness, obtaining insight, and promoting caba, through internal and external stakeholder engagements.

your key responsibilities:

  • delivery of the stakeholder engagement activity to improve understanding and drive awareness of caba, to its principal beneficiaries 
  • establish, broaden and strengthen caba's connections with external stakeholders, in key priority audiences, generating a pipeline of activity, for caba, through the ICAEW UK and international networks. 
  • onboard and manage volunteers in accordance with caba’s volunteer programme to maximise our potential reach amongst our community.
  • nurture and grow relationships and strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders, for caba to maintain a credible position within its community and drive awareness and understanding of caba within priority audiences. 
  • represent and promote caba, at meetings, conferences, media opportunities, networking, and training events, in both face-to-face and virtual formats. 
  • regularly feedback insight and intelligence back to caba, from key stakeholders and caba’s community to allow caba to ensure we listen to and understand our audience needs and respond accordingly.
  • provide support to the experience & engagement department through effective CRM management, administration, and other outlined ad hoc activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • coordinate effective reporting, monitoring and evaluation across stakeholder engagement activities to highlight impact, creating supporting documentation and reasoning where required to promote continuous improvement of our operational activity against the caba strategy. 
  • proactively participate or facilitate internal working groups, forums, or communication channels to aid in internal communications and positive development of the charity.

  • skills to manage, induct and develop groups of volunteers
  • a sense of pride and satisfaction in the completion of both the everyday routine and exceptional activities and their contributions to the team and wider organisation.
