before you get in touch
You need to be an ACA student, an existing or former ICAEW member or a close family dependent to access our support. If you’re outside this community, there are other charities who may be able to help you.

- Create a new enquiry, and see it instantly in your 'my cases' section.
- Monitor the progress of your support cases, and see historic cases.
- Send messages directly to one of our friendly Support Officer who is assigned to you.
- Be able to upload supporting documents securely, safely and directly to your Support Officer.
